Global Teacher Garden-Preparations by Students

Santa Cruz School is lucky to have Subair, our Arabic Teacher, a hard core agriculturalist. He is reputed for his hard work to make this world green. Learning from him, our students are ready to plunge into a brand new project: Global Teacher Garden. We inaugurate the project on 30 July 2017 and start planting from 31 July 2017 onwards. I sent the following message to my Personal Learning Network, Hello Little World Skypers . You will see Santa Cruz School listed under Asia. HLWS is a dedicated group of global educators! Students sent a Skype Message to Iro, a Skype in the Classroom Teacher at 11:28 a.m. Iro's reply message arrived before the students left the Computer Lab Learning followed!! Spontaneous learning occurred as the class discussed time differences between UK and India, postal services in both countries. Dreams of Cultural Exchange

Sebastian was a guest at the 100th Monument Day on 30 June 2017. On that day, I requested him to help our school. He went back and made a blog post Monumental Promise ! It is his style: Make tall claims, then make it happen!! He is now training Santa Cruz students to continue with the Student Entrepreneurship part. According to him, three of our students will go on a cultural exchange this year; he shall make sure of that! Target 2017-18 Santa Cruz School shall inaugurate Global Teacher Garden Santa Cruz School students shall present at The Global Student Conference Student Police Cadets (Ahmed, Akshay and Mohammed)  shall go abroad on cultural exchange to this school! I am super excited. With his support, I can role-model for my teachers. On his advise, I have enrolled for Skype Master Teacher , I want to be the first teacher in Kerala to become a Skype Master Teacher.
